After a sudden flare up of pain and limited mobility in my shoulder and back, I got a same day appointment with Tania. As someone who had never been to a chiropractor, I was a bit nervous but Tania is so welcoming and friendly I was at ease straight away. She takes the time to explain everything and make you feel completely comfortable. The treatment itself is non intrusive, pain free and for me, it worked. 2 days after my first treatment, I had almost forgotten the pain and stiffness. Tania didn't push for me to have unnecessary appointments and right at the start, we agreed that 3 appointments should be enough. I've just had my last appointment and i genuinely cannot believe how much better I feel after just 3 weeks. I have been helped by Tania for many years now- infact its coming upto 10 years !! She's helped me post pregnancy, after a fall, car accidents, for sciatica and more recently tennis elbow. She is able to align the whole body and uses a variety of techniques (accupuncture and massage) to help one feel immediately light and relieved of muscle tightness, tension and bad nerve sensations. She's helped me with her other training to practice mindfulness and is absolutely amazing at what she does! I've recommended her to all my family and she has treated so many of them. I am a client of Tania Miller and have been for the past five years. The level of professionalism and kindness I receive is absolute five star. She has been amazing at what she does and continues to deliver. I’ve been coming here for about 6 years -and highly recommend this clinic. There is no quick fix in having work done so forget what you watch on YouTube / Instagram. The phrase motion is lotion is to be noted after your visits. Keeping joints active (in-motion) and stretched to a degree insures health longevity; prevention of pains (lotion).
